It is a commnity of only 24 units, all facing the pool and the beach beyond on the Dutch side of Sint Maarten. The layout was designed to give each unit a beautiful view of the sea, the pool and the lovely gardens.

Walk out the door this 3 bedroom villa onto your private terrace to sit and relax or enjoy the pool and beach that are both only steps away. Stroll along peaceful and picturesque, 2 mile long, Simpson Bay Beach and watch the sunset to the west.
