Beachfront “Mar y Sol” - Puerto Peñasco

The amazing townhouse "Mar y Sol" is located right next to the beach so you don’t have to drive/walk anywhere. This house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a garage, and a patio with an outdoor grill where you can enjoy the beautiful view of the Sea of Cortez. There are also many places such as restaurants and bars that are within walking distance! If you’re looking for a perfect weekend getaway for you and your family, Mar y Sol will be waiting for you with open doors.
Kitchen: Stocked with dishes, silverware, glassware, coffee mugs, etc. Cooking utensils and pots and pans are also provided. If you're planning on cooking a specific meal that requires a unique utensil or cooking dish - Please bring it. Unfortunately due to sanitary reasons, we aren't able to offer any seasonings or spices or condiments. Most things can be purchased here in town, but if you're planning on doing a lot of cooking, we recommend bringing anything that you like to cook with.

Laundry: we have a washer and dryer but If you wish to do laundry while you're visiting, you have to bring down detergent or purchase it locally.

House Keeping: There will be no service during your stay. The cleaning fee covers the work done after your departure. Often times there is a tip envelope left on the table. This is completely optional. Please note - Trash is not collected during your stay. There is a large trash can located in the garage to use to empty what you have if it's necessary during your stay.

Essentials: Towels, bath tissue, and bedding are all provided.

Internet: The building has wireless internet BUT this is Mexico and sometimes the connection isn't the best, therefore wifi is not guaranteed.

What Else To Bring: Anything you want for the beach (towels, chairs, games, etc).
