This renovated cottage has everything you could want for a vacation getaway. Small yet spacious rooms and tons of natural light flood this house. The master bedroom has a king bed with an attached master bathroom that features a large tile shower with a rain shower head. The 2nd bedroom has a double sized bed perfect for a couple or 2 guest. Down the hall is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. In the living room is a large sectional couch big enough for the whole family to enjoy the 52’’ flat screen tv, game night or just chit chatting while spending time together. The dining room has a large glass top table that seats 6, which is right off of the fully stocked kitchen.

The front porch is perfect for watching the sunset or enjoying your morning coffee with just a sliver view of the sound. The backyard is great for enjoying the natural wood burning firepit or just relaxing in the hot tub. With a big spacious backyard the opportunities are endless with the activities you could do out back. The grilling area is right next to the steps off the back porch, so you can grill out while still enjoying everyone's company.

First Street Retreat is located on the sound side centrally located. Perfect for long walks or bike rides. Home connects to Bay Drive, which is perfect for navigating the OBX.

This home provides all the linens, including sheets and towels, for your stay!

We do provide a starter supply of TP, Paper towels and trash bags. Any additional supplies need should be provided by the guest.
