Beach Cottages #1307 - Indian Shores

ALERT: Beach Cottages Pool and Pool Deck will be closed starting August 11th, 2025 through December 2025. We will have access to a pool 1 block north of us (3 minute walk). This timeline is subject to change without notice. The city of Indian Shores is mobilizing beach replenishment that is projected to impact our area until Mid-October, there may be potential impacts to the beach such as temporary staging of equipment during this time.

Beach Cottages features a spacious pool deck with a heated pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, tables, umbrellas and gas grills. Enjoy private access to walk just steps to the sugary sand beach or grab a cocktail and lounge on the pool deck while taking in the sand and shore. In the evening, soak in the soft breeze of the Florida Gulf Coast on either of your two personal balconies.

Living Room - Spacious living area with costal furniture including leather sofa's, formal dining room table for 6, bonus kitchen dining for 4 near second patio. Living room sliding door to the patio with full ocean views!
Kitchen – All of the home comforts of a home with this fully stocked kitchen and in unit washer and dryer. Kitchen leads to a second patio with partial ocean views and views of the coveted Florida Bird Sanctuary. Nook off the kitchen has a desk area with chair and computer monitor.

Know before you go:
Check In: is 4:00 PM and Checkout is 10:00 AM. We cannot accommodate early check or late check out.
Temperature: A/C is programmed to restrict any setting below 70 degrees in order to maintain proper maintenance per the recommendation from our HVAC technicians
Amenities: Cleaning company provides starter supplies of toiletries (toilet paper, paper towels), trash bags, dish soap Parking: 1 assigned parking space is available for 1 vehicle. Additional guest parking is very limited and is first come first serve. Utilize parking pass displayed at all times to avoid a fine and/or tow. Association does not allow any trailers or RV's on the premises.
Pet Policy: No pets are allowed.
Accessibility: Located on Floor 3 - accessible by 3 flights of stairs or use elevator to access level 3 above parking garage
Fireplace: Fireplace is not for guest use
Renter: Must be 25 years or older to rent
Holidays: In the event that you are booking over a holiday weekend or before/after a holiday weekend, you may be required by the association to wear a wristband in order to access facilities (pool, hot tub, etc.). ONLY 6 WRISTBANDS are distributed for this condo. The association will require to view your lease and will provide wristbands. Any guests over 6 will not be provided a wristband and are subject to eviction. Guests of our renters are not permitted on holiday weekends.
