Plus the Babcock Ranch resident pools: the zero-entry pool at Lake Timber Lodge and the heated pool at Cypress Lodge. Hours and rules follow the HOA.

Get around Babcock Ranch by golf cart: a 6-seat golf cart can be rented for $250 per week or $600 per month (ask us when you book).

Other things to note
- Check-in 4:00 PM, checkout 10:00 AM.
- No smoking or vaping anywhere (inside, garage or lanai). No parties or events.
- Quiet hours 10 PM to 8 AM.
- Dogs welcome with a pet fee: please keep them off beds and furniture and pick up after them.
- Babcock Ranch lakes can have alligators; never swim in them.
- Fort Myers is about 30 minutes away; Punta Gorda (PGD) and Southwest Florida International (RSW) airports are both nearby.
