The space
This is a penthouse with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a TV room, and a spacious living area—all designed to make you feel at home.

Every bedroom has floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that open directly onto the oversized ocean-view terrace. From each room, you’ll wake up to sunrise views over the water.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a private en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and double sinks. The guest room has a queen-size bed and shares a full bathroom with the kids’ room, which includes two twin beds that can be separated or joined together on request. It is top bunk bed that can sleep 2 small children or one teenager comfortably.

The terrace is one of the highlights—it’s long, wide, with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ grill, mini fridge, fire pit, private pool, that can be heated as a hot tub. There’s also a sunbathing area where you can relax and take in the ocean views.

Inside, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for real day-to-day living—including filtered water from the tap and fridge, a dishwasher, and plenty of cookware, since this is our actual home. We live here when it’s not rented, so the setup is made for real life.

You’ll also find Wi-Fi, smart TVs in every room, a washer and dryer, and all the towels you’ll need during your stay. The apartment includes two private parking spots, and the building has a shared gym with all the essentials—including a TRX system. There’s also a stunning rooftop infinity pool with incredible sunset views.

Whether you’re relaxing in the jacuzzi, cooking in the outdoor kitchen, or just enjoying the ocean breeze from bed, this penthouse was made for a peaceful, memorable stay.

Guest access
Guests have full private access to the entire penthouse and exclusive use of the terrace, jacuzzi, fire pit, and outdoor dining area. You’ll also have shared access to the gym and rooftop infinity pool. Free parking is available on site. Elevator access takes you directly to your floor.

Other things to note
This property is located in a gated community. No parties or events are allowed without prior approval. The owners have exterior security camera’s on the terrace. They do NOT cover the private pool/jacuzzi. The building has security cameras in shared spaces, including the gym and the rooftop/pool.
