Coastal 4BR with HEATED pool/spa in Ft Lauderdale area

IMPORTANT: Before booking, please review all of my house rules. 25+ yrs old to book. 8 adults maximum per insurance and city regulations. Occupancy of 10 is only allowed when there are at least 4 children on the reservation. No parties/gatherings. No visitors permitted. Quiet Hours from 10pm-7am enforced.

Get the best of both worlds with this location being within a few miles from Fort Lauderdale Beach (~ 13 miles), Hollywood Beach (~14 miles) , Downtown Fort Lauderdale ( ~ 6 miles), Las Olas Blvd ( ~ 7 miles), Port Everglades (~11 miles), Hard Rock Casino (~ 7 miles), FLL airport ( ~ 10 miles). We are also a short 40 minute commute to Miami.

I'm a native Minnesotan, who can fortunately call Florida my second home :) We are a large family who fell in love with Fort Lauderdale. Our vacation homes give us the ability to slow down and make wonderful memories with each other. I decorated the home with our family and other families in mind. We love to lounge by the pool or in the family room. Grilling & eating outside in the middle of winter is something we can't get in Minnesota! Overall, we just want other families or groups to enjoy our home as much as we do and make their own memories as well!
