Due to this homeowner allergy, we are unable to welcome any animals including service and/or emotional support animals.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

- Maximum of 6 Total Occupants per City of Holmes Beach (city ordinance / building codes) and House Rules.

- You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a

respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

- Anna Maria and Holmes Beach have a strict “noise ordinance” which is strongly enforced between 10pm and 7am.

- Security device (video camera and sound monitoring) OUTSIDE front door and side of property for the safety, security and protection of our home.
