Welcome to Seascape 3247!
This villa is a two-level town home that has been newly remodeled and has all the comforts of home. You’ll find the main level to be quite spacious with all new comfortable furnishings and new hardwood flooring. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances. The living room opens to a deck with new furniture and gas grill overlooking "Turtle Lagoon".
Located on the second floor, this villa offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The spacious master suite provides a king size bed as well as a private en-suite. The guest bedroom provides two queen size beds. Guest bathroom is located across the hall from the guest bedroom.
Seascape Villas have a relaxing, sub-tropical feel that offers two salt water swimming pools, walking trails and a series of lagoons with connecting bridges.
There is also a private Beach Cabana located on the ocean for the exclusive use of Seascape owners and guests. The cabana includes outside showers a separate men’s and women’s bathroom.

My wife and I love Hilton Head Island and hope to one day retire there.We have always dreamed of owning property on the beach. In 2019, we finally decided to buy a place of our own. We will visit as often as we can, but also want to share it with others. We hope you create as many wonderful family memories as we have.
