type of building: terraced house. year of construction: 1900.The characteristic holiday house is located in the centre of the village of Lisignano, in the popular tourist area on the southern tip of the Istrian peninsula.
The property of the house is completely fenced off. In front of the house is a front garden and a furnished veranda. Here you can sit comfortably and enjoy your meals. There is a terrace at the back of the house for guests' use. It is also equipped with garden furniture and parasols and offers a barbecue on request. Parking space for one car is also available on the property.
The house is a typical Istrian natural stone house, completely renovated in 2012 and equipped with modern amenities. The living space is divided into three levels and the furniture is in the classic rural style. On the ground floor is the spacious kitchen-dining room, divided into a living and cooking area. The stone walls and wooden ceiling beams make the atmosphere particularly cosy. The living area is equipped with comfortable upholstered seating and a large fireplace. The fireplace can also be used on request; firewood is provided by the owner at an additional cost. The kitchen area has a brick kitchenette equipped with a gas cooker, filter coffee machine and refrigerator with ice compartment. The dining table with chairs is placed in the centre of the room. On the first floor there are two bedrooms: a twin bedroom with two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed on request, and a single bedroom. The third bedroom is located in the attic and has two single beds as well as a comfortable living area with a sofa bed for an additional person. The single beds measure 80x190cm. There are also two bathrooms, one on the first floor and one in the loft. Both are equipped with a shower, washbasin and WC. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine, heating system and fans.
Thanks to the central location, shops and restaurants are nearby. The beach is 1500 metres away and can also be reached on foot. The centre of Pula is about 8 km away and is definitely worth a visit.
