A Walk to Remember on Hilton Head

This beautiful family friendly, newly updated 3 bedroom 2.5 bath villa with 1988 sqft is located at the heart of Palmetto Dunes Resort, sleeps 8. Less than a 10 min walk to the private beach and steps away from the, General Store, Alexanders, Big Jims BBQ and the Dunes House and 5 pools available to use. The Full kitchen with a large dining area is equipped with a washer dryer. 6 Beach chairs and a beach cart and an umbrella is included. Second floor has 2 large bedrooms with a Jack and Jill style bathroom.Large living area has a 65 inch smart TV with cable. Downstair bedroom has smart TV with cable and Roku, upstair bedrooms both have TV's as well. There is also an outdoor shower to wash the sand off after a fun day at the beach. The Brand new large deck has a fire pit dinning table, large grill, four rocking chairs and large eleven foot umbrella. Plenty of room to make family memories under the stars. Private entrance one small step to enter condo.
