The first floor of this home features 2 spacious suites with king beds and bathrooms, tastefully decorated for sophisticated comfort. One room is a master suite complete with private master bathroom with access to the pool. The other is connected to a shared bathroom that also opens to the hallway. The living space is open and airy, integrating the kitchen, living room, and dining room for modern social living ideal for group vacations. Make your family or friends amazing homemade meals in the fully equipped kitchen, and serve them on either the formal 10-seat dining table or the 6-seat breakfast bar. The garage has been converted to an air-conditioned game room complete with pool table, foosball, and PlayStation gaming consuls.

External Area:

Outside, a screened-in pool with covered patio provides additional living space as well as a great way to beat the summer heat. An outdoor dining table let you enjoy beautiful outdoor meals surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature, while comfortable lounge chairs are ideal for enjoying a drink or a snooze while catching some rays. Your kids will be eager to get the pool party started, and pool heating is available (and recommended for the months between November and April) prior to your arrival to let you check in and dive in without waiting.

Pool Heat Fee: $35 per day.

Second Floor:

The second floor of this home boasts 7 additional bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, giving everyone the space and privacy they need to refill their social fuel tanks. 3 of the rooms are tastefully decorated and feature king beds perfect for adult couples, while the other rooms boast a variety of bedding configurations and kid-friendly themes, from Moana, to Disney princesses, to a 3-bed space room that's out of this world! Between the rooms you'll find a media room with large screen and projector, for a night at the movies in the comfort of your home. Also found on the second floor is a full washer and dryer to help you keep your family looking and smelling their best.

WiFi and cable TV are provided free of charge.

*House Rules Overview*:

- NO parking on the grass nor blocking sidewalks, pedestrian walkways, parking signs, fire hydrants, and neighbors’ driveways.
- Trailers, Buses, Recreational Vehicles, Trucks, Commercial Vehicles, and other similar vehicles are not permitted inside the community.
- Trash is to be placed in the provided bench/container DAILY. Please bag ALL trash in 13-gal bags & place in the trash can to avoid any extra charges. DO NOT PLACE ANY TRASH BAGS OR BULK ITEMS ON THE CURB.
- Quiet time is from 10pm to 7am.
- IT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED TO SMOKE INSIDE THE PROPERTY
