The other is connected to a shared bathroom that also opens to the hallway. You’ll also find a fully equipped kitchen, with everything you need to make delicious, nutritious meals just like at home, and a formal 10-seat dining table on which to serve them. The kitchen opens out to the living room and dining area for an integrated layout ideal for socializing, while a 4-seat breakfast bar breaks up the space. The first floor also features a game room, complete with PlayStations, a foosball table, and a pool table.

External Area:

Moving outside you’ll find a private pool with spa and a covered lanai in a screened enclosure. Comfortable patio furniture including an 8-seat dining table that turns the pool deck into a great outdoor living space, perfect for enjoying a 5 o’clock drink or dinner under the stars. Also found on the second floor is a media room with a projection setup perfect for movie nights, as well as a full washer and dryer to help you keep your family looking and smelling fresh. House Rules Overview:

- NO parking on the grass nor blocking sidewalks, pedestrian walkways, parking signs, fire hydrants, and neighbors’ driveways.
- Trailers, Buses, Recreational Vehicles, Trucks, Commercial Vehicles, and other similar vehicles are not permitted inside the community.
- Trash is to be placed in the provided bench/container DAILY. Please bag ALL trash in 13-gal bags & place in the trash can to avoid any extra charges. DO NOT PLACE ANY TRASH BAGS OR BULK ITEMS ON THE CURB.
- Quiet time is from 10pm to 7am.
- IT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED TO SMOKE INSIDE THE PROPERTY
