This beautiful home at Encore comes with 9 Bedrooms + a bonus room located with the game room and 8.5 baths, with 4,630 square feet of floor space and 9 beds to accommodate up to 18 guests. Enjoy incredible amenities like a private pool, and convenience to Disney World (18 minutes).

The first floor offers 1 master bedroom with king-size bed and flat-screen TV's. One room is a master suite complete with private master bathroom with access to the Pool. The other is connected to a shared bathroom that also opens to the hallway. The kitchen is fully equipped with updated appliances and gourmet cookware for homemade meals your group will love. The living space is open concept and connects the kitchen with the living room and dining room for unobstructed social living. A 10-seat dining table and 4-seat breakfast bar also contribute to the communal atmosphere, and give you the option for both formal and casual dining.

Furthermore, the second floor has a full washer and dryer to make doing the laundry easy and free! Keep up with the laundry and make a clean getaway.

External Area:

In the back of the home you'll find a large pool. A patio furniture facilitates including a half bathroom. Optional pool heating also lets you enjoy swimming during Florida's mild fall and winter months. A barbeque grill (also optional) even lets you enjoy the weather while you cook! The grill and pool heating can both be ordered at time of booking. Pool heating is recommended for the months of November through April in Orlando, and requests should be submitted at least 24 hours in advance to allow water to warm.

Cars should also not block sidewalks or park on lawns. - Overflow parking is available throughout the resort; The satellite lots are meant for temporary parking only. NO LONG TERM PARKING IS ALLOWED AT THE SATELLITE LOTS. - RV’S trailers, trucks, commercial vehicles, boats, golf carts, vehicles for hire, vehicles with commercial graphics and other similar vehicles ARE NOT PERMITTED inside the community. HOUSE RULES: - There is a FOUR CARS MAXIMUM per property address. - Trash is picked up daily. Please bag ALL trash in 13-gal bags & place in the trash bin provided to avoid any extra charges. NO BULK ITEMS OR LOOSE ITEMS ARE ALLOWED. - Quiet time is from 10pm to 7am. - SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED INSIDE THE PROEPRTY. - NO PETS ALLOWED. ***AIR CONDITIONING/HEATING: Guest agrees that Air conditioning shall not be set below 72 degrees and heat shall not be set above 78, and that the fan setting shall be “Auto”. >> Pool Heat $40 Per Day We would recommend adding pool heat to your reservation between the months of November and April. If the temperature falls below 50 degrees, the heating unit may not heat the pool adequately and may shut down. The pool will only heat approximately 10-15 degrees above the outside temperature during the cold months (If pool heat was not ordered and paid for 24 hours prior to arrival date, allow 24 (plus) hours for the pool to be fully heated.
