Perfectly nestled in a great neighborhood, with no rear neighbors, the Tupelo Villa is minutes away from world-class golf courses, Disney theme parks, Sea World, water parks, local attractions, shopping, restaurants, and the beautiful weather that central Florida is famous for!
This house is new to the short-term rental market, is owner managed for the best service, and has all-new Ashley furniture throughout, premium mattresses and bedding, new arcade games in the loft, and new amenities within!
We also stay in it ourselves, from time-to-time, to ensure that it sleeps and plays the way that any family or group of friends would want it to. It's an amazing house, and we love it every time we're there!
We've found that the sun sets perfectly over the trees toward the rear of the property while sitting at the patio table (drink in hand optional, but recommended) after a day in the sun of central Florida. We also learned that you can watch space shuttles launch from the pool - look east (jacuzzi side) of the pool during launches, and you can catch one! Tune into various launch and listen websites to find launch schedules and listen to the countdown sequence.
The Tupelo Villa is the perfect spot for making memories with family and friends!

Highway 27 is just outside of the neighborhood. Just about everything you need is on this road. Publix is 3 minutes away, and there is an abundance of dining and shopping options within minutes. All of the big attractions are also close by with multiple routes to get you there.

Door codes will be sent the week of check-in. No key is necessary. Full instructions with all access codes and passwords will be sent the week of check-in.

No parties or events are allowed on the property or in the home.
Guests understand that they will need to start the dishwasher upon checkout (1 dishwashing pod provided).
Additionally, guests are asked to start a load of towels in the washing machine before they leave. (1 box of detergent provided).
This helps our cleaning team to efficiently prepare the home for the next family in the same way that the previous guest(s) did for you. This is a large house, and we do try hard to ensure that you don't have to wait any longer than necessary to check in. A house this size can take 5 hours to clean. So, we do ask for, and appreciate, this small step before you leave this, your temporary home, to head back to your permanent home.

Payment must be made in full prior to starting your stay.

Refundable Damage Deposit

500 refunded after cleaning and post-checkout inspection is complete

Cancellation Policy

Cancel 30+ days in advance for full refund. Cancel within 30 days, and 50% refund.
Cancel 14 days or less and no refund.
Holiday high-season bookings are non-refundable unless cancelled 60 days in advance. This is to prevent people "holding" listing. It includes Memorial day weekend, the week of 4th of July, Thanksgiving week, Easter/Spring break week, and the week leading up to new year's day.

POOL/JACUZZI HEAT:
Please note that pool/jacuzzi heat is an optional charge of $40/day. If you would like pool/jacuzzi heat, please let us know so that we can include that fee for you. It is not automatically added.
If you request heat 5 days or less prior to your stay, an additional fee of $50 may apply for an additional trip to the house for our pool tech to unlock the heat.
FLEXIBLE SLEEPING SPACES:
This home includes a Pack n' Play crib so that you can place it in any bedroom that you need.
The chair in the downstairs master converts to a pull-out sleeper. We also include a twin blow-up mattress for those that need a flexible space. (None of these are counted in total sleep space in the listing. We only count actual beds. These are just extras.)
