Welcome to our newly built, pet-friendly home in Spring! Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, just 7 miles from IAH Airport. Whether you’re relocating, traveling for work, visiting family, or simply need a temporary place to call home, we’ve got you covered! This fully furnished 3-bedroom, 2-bath home offers comfortable memory foam beds, a stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, a 65” smart TV, and a private backyard. All utilities are included, plus free garage and driveway parking!

The space
A Little More About Our Home 🏡

Our home is a single-story, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house built in August 2025. We’ve furnished it with comfort and convenience in mind, whether you’re staying for a week or a few months.

The home has an open-concept layout with a bright, airy kitchen and dining area that flows into the main living space. There’s a kitchen island with extra seating, along with a separate dining table where you can enjoy meals together. The kitchen is stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, and everyday essentials, so you can easily prepare your own meals.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, while the other two bedrooms each have a queen bed. All three bedrooms have memory foam mattresses and remote-controlled ceiling fans for a comfortable night’s sleep.

The living room has comfortable seating and a 65-inch smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day. You’ll also have an in-home washer and dryer, fast Wi-Fi, and a private backyard with room for kids to play or simply enjoy some fresh air.

The home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. We’ve tried to include the little things that make everyday living easier, especially for those who need a place to settle in for a while.

Whether you’re here for work, relocating, visiting family, or just spending time in the area, we hope you’ll feel right at home!

Guest access
Make yourself at home! You’ll have access to the entire house and private backyard, with the exception of the garage, which is reserved for storage.

For your convenience, we’ll provide a smart lock code before check-in, so you can arrive and settle in at your own pace.

Free driveway parking is available. We recommend having a car to get around and explore the surrounding area.

🐾 Pet-Friendly Home

We love welcoming furry family members! One well-behaved, house-trained dog or cat under 30 lbs is welcome with a one-time $200 pet fee per stay.

To help keep our home clean and comfortable for everyone, we kindly ask that you follow a few simple guidelines:

* Pets should stay off the beds and furniture. A protective couch cover is provided in the white basket for extra protection.
* Dogs must be at least 1 year old, up to date on vaccinations, and on flea prevention.
* Please keep dogs on a leash when outside and supervise pets in the backyard.
* We understand you may need to step out for errands or dinner. If leaving your pet at home, please use your best judgment to make sure they’re safe and comfortable. If your pet is prone to chewing, scratching, accidents, or separation anxiety, please use a crate or kennel.
* Please don’t leave pets unattended in the backyard.
* Please clean up after your pet. Waste bags are provided under the kitchen sink, and a pooper scooper is available on the backyard patio.

Please include your pet in your reservation before arrival. Guests are responsible for pet-related damage or excessive cleaning beyond normal use, subject to Airbnb’s applicable policies.

We appreciate your help keeping our home comfortable for future guests and their furry companions!

🧹 Cleaning & Housekeeping

A one-time cleaning fee of $250 applies to each reservation. This covers the thorough cleaning, laundry, sanitizing, and preparation of the home between guests.

Additional housekeeping during your stay can be arranged upon request for an extra fee.

🧴 Household Essentials

We’ve stocked the home with a starter supply of everyday essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap, and laundry detergent.

For longer stays, guests may need to replenish these items as needed.

📷 Exterior Security Cameras

For everyone’s peace of mind, exterior security cameras and in the garage are installed at the property for safety and security purposes.

There are no cameras inside the home. We kindly ask that exterior security equipment remain connected and undisturbed throughout your stay.
