Inspired by the beauty of Rocky Mountain National Park, this cozy retreat features a comfortable QUEEN BED.

Bright, cheerful, and inspired by beautiful Golden, Colorado. Relax and recharge in a cozy QUEEN BED.

🍇 Bedroom 4: Palisade
Inspired by Colorado wine country, this relaxing bedroom will make you feel like you’re wandering through the vineyards of Palisade. Features a brand-new QUEEN BED.

Inspired by Colorado’s breathtaking “Switzerland of America,” this bedroom features 2 BUNK BEDS and sleeps up to 4 guests.

👥 No additional overnight guests without prior permission.

🕛 Any visitors must leave the property no later than midnight.

🤫 Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM.

🚭 Smoking is prohibited indoors. A $500 fine will be imposed for smoking, vaping, and/or marijuana use indoors.

🐾 Maximum of 2 pets with prior approval and payment of the pet fee.

📹 There is an exterior Ring camera with audio and video at the front entrance of the home. It must remain on 24/7 for safety purposes.

🛁 All guests must shower before entering the hot tub. NO GLASS is allowed in or around the hot tub. Excessive hot tub cleaning may result in an additional fee.

To maintain the property's upkeep, a member of our team may visit once a week for trash collection, lawn service, and restocking. They will not enter the home. You will be informed in advance if their visit coincides with your stay.

No additional pets on the property unless explicitly agreed upon. Must pick up any and all animal waste in the front and backyard prior to your departure. Subject to additional cleaning charges for left behind dog waste.
