7A Cudworth street is a 5 bed single family home. Available weekly with 2 full baths, no tub & 1 out door shower.
Updated kitchen & bathrooms. New mini split AC in 3 bedrooms and living room 2025, in addition to central AC

New LVF flooring and outside trex decking 2024
Please carry your suitcases over the gravel driveway, you may break a wheel, that may damage the floors in the house.

Out door seating area, Indoor Fireplace.
2 washers & dryers-Laundry. Central location.
Out door grilling area .
Yard has irrigation system.

Precautions:
Please do not use any abrasive products on stainless steel, ie, fridge, dishwasher, grill. No high heels in the house please. This property has 2 outside cameras.

When the house is not rented to one group- Tim does offer room rentals on a per room basis owner/manager occupied.

This neighborhood consists of many year round owners, some rentals.
This is a quiet area at night.-see above
No parties are allowed.
Maximum gatherings/cookouts are 15 people. Any outside noise must conclude by 10 pm.
After 10 pm gatherings are to be in the house with doors shut.

In addition to the Air BNB agreement. The owner Tim will send you his personal agreement. This lease has a late Night Noise Clause stating: If the police are called for noise complaints from neighbors after 10pm, there is a fine of $300.00 per police documented visit. This agreement will also have a camera notice section, stating that there is 2 cameras on the property.

7A Cudworth is located one block away from 2 local bars.
The Ship Wreck lounge has 2 fireplaces, cocktails and much to socialize about.
The Gifford house guest house with Porch side bar are all happening locations. At the end of carver street 1.5 streets away is Commercial street. This is where all the activity is. Shopping, restaurants, dance clubs.

There are few cabs to choose from, pedi cabs & busses and a shuttle to beaches.

By agreeing to this rental you also agree with the check out policy.
Friday night any bed coverings that need to be washed should be washed, The Saturday check out agreement is to strip the beds of sheets only and to put in four loads of laundry, 2 in the wash 2 in the dryer. This enables my cleaners to do an excellent job.

When you arrive you will see that the house is extremely clean and organized, this only happens with the assistance of each renter- enabling the cleaners to do a better job on thin 5 hour cleaning.

This listing is whole house rental. You and your guest.
I do not provide toiletries, shampoo conditioner etc on a full whole house rental, I supply single ply TP.

Prior to your trip the house manual will be e mailed to you, and your personal door code with instructions & Basement Bathroom Information:

The basement full bathroom and 2 washing machines are pumped out of the house by an ejection pump. Tissue only is allowed. Absolutely nothing else.
Any other items will clog the motor. You must tell every member in the house and all guests., or have all company use up stairs bathroom-Also tissue only.

Other things to note
CAMERA agreement.
Upon acceptance of your rental thru the Airbnb website platform, you agree that you understand the 2 cameras on this property records video and audio 24 hours a day and that any footage of yourself or any guest that you may have on the property, be used for any legal purpose/reason should footage be required in the event of any rental issues.

Unplugging the camera is not allowed and will void your rental agreement, non refundable. Smoking outside only.

Downloading any material that violates the xfinity contract or policy will be your responsibility
