5 Ajoupa Villas, St James, West Coast, Barbados - Fitts Village

Two bedroom holiday villa situated in Fitts Village on the spectacular West Coast of Barbados. It is one of fourteen homes just two miles away from Sandy Lane on a small gated estate, set in tropical gardens with a shared pool. We are situated in quiet Fitts Village just 250 metres back from the beach. The villa has everything that you need to enjoy your stay. Holetown or Bridgetown are close by and we are within easy reach of The Oval cricket ground, Polo, Golf Clubs and other attractions.

This is a very well equipped semi-detached villa with two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen bed, fitted wardrobes with a full length mirror and fitted with a wall safe for your valuables. There is a balcony where you can enjoy sea views or watch the beautiful sunsets that the west coast of Barbados is famous for! The second bedroom has twin beds and a single rollout bed, fitted wardrobes and another mirror. They are both air conditioned and fitted with ceiling fans for guests who prefer tropical breezes.

There is a large high quality spacious bathroom with a shower over the bath. Bath and beach towels as well as bed linen are provided.

There is an open plan arrangement downstairs with two sofas and an armchair. a large glass table with modern high back rattan chairs. There is a small flat screen Television with a DVD player for your enjoyment. Feel free to log in to your Netflix account and enjoy! The kitchen is very well equipped with a full cooker, large fridge freezer and a useful washer drier. There is a Microwave, Kettle and Toaster. The kitchen cupboards are stocked with cooking utensils, crockery and glasses. Also plastic glasses to use by the pool! You will see large double doors which open out on to another balcony where again you can enjoy sea views. Comfortable chairs are provided for your balconies.

If you have a hire car, there is a car parking area at the entrance to the villas. The paths are well lit at night.

There is a shared pool right in front of the villa which guests can use. Car parking space is also available on site just outside the villa gate.

Fitts is a small and quiet fishing village with a white sandy beach.
Within walking distance is Il Tempio Italian Bar and Restaurant where you can watch the sunset from the beach and enjoy delicious authentic Italian food. Bikini Beach Bar & Grill is a newly opened beachfront bar where you and sit and unwind all day with a relaxed atmosphere.
Wendys Snack Bar offers local Bajan food and beer and there is also a Jordans supermarket close by.

Local buses can be reached at the end of the road which will take you to Bridgetown or Holetown.
Alternatively there is car parking on site so you can bring a hire car.

Please note that the pool will be undergoing maintenance from 24th April to 7th May 2023 and will not be available for some days during this time. The nightly rate has been discounted to reflect this inconvenience
