The space
Welcome to the Waterfall House – your perfect Florida getaway! This spacious and inviting 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom pool home is ideal for both short- and long-term stays. A garage and driveway parking are available for your convenience.

As you enter the home, you’ll immediately notice the bright open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and large windows that fill the space with natural light. The family room features French doors that lead to a generously sized covered lanai, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience.

The outdoor area is designed for relaxation and fun, overlooking a sparkling screened-in heated pool. Guests can enjoy plenty of seating, a TV, pool toys for the family, and a pool table for entertainment. There is also a convenient full bathroom on the lanai, perfect for poolside gatherings.

The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and ample counter space, making it easy to prepare meals for family and friends.

The primary bedroom is a private retreat with a king-size bed, double closets with built-in shelving, and a spacious en-suite bathroom featuring double sinks and a standalone shower. The additional three bedrooms are comfortably sized and located on the opposite side of the home, providing privacy for all guests.

Guest Access
Guests will have access to the entire home, including the private pool, covered lanai, backyard, driveway, and garage parking.

House Rules
• No parties or events of any kind are allowed.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Smoking is allowed outside only.
• Propane for the grill is not guaranteed. Guests may refill the tank locally if needed. If you would like the propane tank pre-filled before arrival, please request it at least 5 days prior to check-in. A $75 service fee applies.

Bathrooms come stocked with fresh towels, hair dryers, and a starter supply of essentials including soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion to help you get settled in comfortably.

The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals during your stay, including:

Pool Heating Disclaimer

We strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable pool experience for all of our guests. Please note that pool temperature can be subjective—what feels warm to one guest may feel cool to another.

Our pool is heated and maintained with care. The pool heater is set to approximately 89°F and operates automatically each day from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

However, pool temperature is affected by outdoor weather conditions. During colder periods, particularly when temperatures fall below 60°F, the heater may not be able to reach or maintain the set temperature.

For this reason, we are unable to guarantee a specific water temperature at any time. Refunds or discounts will not be provided due to variations in pool temperature or limitations caused by weather conditions.
