You will take an elevator from the parking garage to access the second floor and the condo is just directly in front of you, steps away. Luggage carts are available in the garage next to the elevator entrance.

Pets are not allowed in this building by rental guests.

The hot tub at this property is currently out of service until October.

New box springs were added to the master bed in November of 2025.

This condo has beautiful dark floors and an open floor plan. To the immediate right of the entrance is a second full bathroom, a single vanity, and a newly remodeled walk-in shower. To the right is the fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances including a stove, and a stacked front load washer and dryer in the closet. The kitchen is appointed nicely and has two stools at the countertop. The adjacent dining room offers a round table for four and has a wine bar with storage and drawers. Relax in the living room where there is a queen sleeper sofa and love seat, 2 swivel chairs, and a 65” Samsung Smart TV with Cable. The living room also has a wall of windows that look out to the ocean and brings in a lot of natural light. There is an electric blind for room darkening for guests using the sofa sleeper. The sliding door opens to a partially covered balcony that has a round high top table for three chairs plus one lounge chair. This is a great place to take in the sights and sounds of the ocean while enjoying a cup of coffee or glass of wine. The master suite is off the living room and has a king bed, 55” Smart TV, and access to the balcony. The private bathroom has a single vanity, soaking tub, and a newly remodeled walk-in shower.

Walk the beautifully landscaped grounds and follow the private pathway to the beach, where you can sunbathe and play in the water to your heart's content. On the way back, use the outdoor showers to rinse off any sandy feet then head over to the ocean side pool complex, which offers a seasonally heated swimming pool, zero-entry children's pool, hot tub, and nearby picnic area and play ground.

Palmetto Dunes is one of the premiere areas of Hilton Head Island and has three miles of beach, three signature golf courses, world-renowned tennis, and an 11-mile lagoon system where guests can kayak, canoe and fish. There are miles of leisure paths that weave throughout the resort that are great for walking, jogging, and biking. Gate Fee: This property is located inside the private gated community of Leamington within the Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort. Two vehicle passes will be called in for you to purchase at the pass office drive-in window. There is a $35 weekly gate fee per vehicle based on the length of your stay. This fee is due to the private gated resort security.
