This spacious 4 Bedroom, 3 bathroom family sized villa with private pool/spa and pool table located on in a quiet community in Davenport, is ideally located close to Highway 27, a short drive from all that Orlando has to offer.

Located close to Highway 27 an ideal location for exploring everything Orlando has to offer from the surrounding local area of Davenport, this family sized 4 bedroom villa sleeps up to 8 Guests in a quiet community.

The open planed layout of the villa provides a welcoming homely space where there is plenty of room to spend time together as a family, or to enjoy a quiet corner to yourself to recharge.

The main living area offers two comfortable sofas and a coffee table surrounding the large flat-screened TV, with views through the patio doors to the pool. Behind you will find the breakfast bar with 4 stools, leading to the fully equipped kitchen.

The kitchen provides everything that you would expect to find in a self catering holiday rental, including dishwasher, stove, microwave and large refrigerator and freezer.

There are two dining areas at this property. Just off of the kitchen you will find the breakfast area with a table and chairs for up to 4 people. The opposite side of the property you will find the Dining Room, with large dinner table and 6 seats for family or more formal meals.

From the breakfast area, you will find the utility room, complete with washing machine and dryer.

Bedroom 1 - Offers a Kingsized bed, large en-suite bathroom with closet, TV
And direct access to the pool deck.

Bedroom 2 - Again offering a Kingsized bed, en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower, TV and Closet, this room also has direct access to the pool deck.

Bedroom 3 - Offering a Queensize bed, this Harry Potter themed room offers a comfortable space for a great nights sleep for all you Harry Potter fans and hallway access to the bathroom with shower/tub combo, shared between bedrooms 3 and 4.

Bedroom 4 - This beautifully decorated twin bedroom lets you fall asleep amidst the backdrop of Cinderellas castle, complete with fireworks! You will also find a closet and tv in this bedroom which as mentioned, shares its bathroom with shower/tub combo with the queen room (bedroom 3).

There is a pool table and games area in the former garage of the villa, please note that this room is not air conditioned.

To the rear of the property you will find the pool deck which van be accessed from both the living area and one of the master bedrooms. The westerly facing pool area is private due to there being no rear neighbors surrounding this villa.

On the pool deck you will find the L-shaped pool with spa (heating of the pool and spa is available at an additional cost,* please arrange this at time of booking to ensure that this is done prior to your arrival).

*Pool and spa heat is combined and charged at $25 per day. It must be booked in advance and can only be booked for the full length of your stay.

The property has security cameras to the front sides and rear.
