How do I check in?

• On the day of your arrival, ensure all steps are complete:

• You will receive a check-in email with entrance instructions to your cabin AFTER you:

1. Verify your ID (We have a Minimum Age Limit of 25 unless exceptions have been made.)

2. Sign our Rental Agreement & Good Neighbor Policy

When can I Check In?

• Cabin arrival time begins at 4:00 pm unless an early check-in has been arranged.

• Check-in time cannot always be guaranteed and may vary slightly depending on various circumstances.

• While we strive to ensure that our cabin is ready by 4 pm, many circumstances may prevent this.

What is my Check Out time?

• Check-out is at 11 am. Not wanting to rush out by 11 am? Inquire about extending your check-out time for an additional charge, and we will confirm whether this is an option for you.

Is my reservation insured?

• AirCover for guests is included with every booking

• Recommended - Vacation Rental Insurance provides coverage for prepaid, nonrefundable expenses due to certain unforeseeable circumstances that may jeopardize your vacation investment and force you to incur unplanned expenses. What do I bring?

• For your convenience, towels, bed linens, hand and kitchen soap, and all essential toiletries items are included for your use with this cabin rental; however, please bring extra towels for lake use (we provide bathroom towels only). We wash our sheets and towels in hot water with bleach.

• For your added comfort, feel free to bring your own linens, and pillows. Lysol wipes and disinfectants should be brought and used throughout your stay for extra comfort.

Are there stores close by?

• For your convenience, there is a Vons, Stater Brothers, Walgreens, and more to gather supplies on the hill rather than prior, if needed.

We are in a prime location just a few blocks off of Big Bear Blvd. Minutes from the Village, Lake, and Snow Summit. If You stay with us Parking is Free, 3 vehicles max in our drive way. We are close to Free Public Transportation. Take the Red Line on Jeffries and Big Bear Blvd. to get to most of your attractions.

• Altitude Awareness - Big Bear sits at a high elevation; Stay hydrated and take it easy if you are not used to the altitude.

• Weather Conditions - Winter stays require chains or 4WD due to snow. Always check road conditions before arrival.

• Wildlife Nearby - You're in nature! Expect to see local wildlife. Please do not feed them and keep food stored properly. Never leave your pets unattended.

• Fire Safety - No open flames outside of the designated fire pit and BBQ. Always fully extinguish when done.

• Parking - Space for 3 vehicles in driveway. No street parking due to snow plows and local regulation

•WiFi and Cell Service - Reliable WiFi, but cell service may vary due to the mountain location.

• Trash & Recycling - Please take trash to designated Clean Bear Drop Off sites
