Our home is located in the peaceful waterfront community of Kinsale on Virginia’s beautiful Northern Neck. While the setting feels tucked away and relaxing, you’ll still have convenient access to nearby towns like Warsaw, Montross, and Heathsville—all about a 20-minute drive.
For most outings, a car is recommended. The area offers a great mix of grocery stores, local markets, restaurants, wineries, breweries, and family-friendly activities, but they are spread out across the region.
That said, once you’re at the house, you can slow things down:
🌊 Walk to the beach in about 5 minutes—no car needed
🚶♂️ Enjoy the neighborhood with easy, scenic walking perfect for morning strolls or evening wind-downs
🚤 Bring bikes or simply explore on foot for a relaxed, coastal vibe.
This is the kind of place where you drive to explore—but once you’re here, you may not want to leave.
