The guest bedroom has two new full-size beds as of September 2018, a 22 inch LED flat screen TV with built-in DVD player.

The is an END unit with a wrap around balcony. A table and chairs allow for outdoor dining or relaxing. With 301 being an end unit, there's no need for other guests to pass by the unit. Also, there is an extra large semi-private hallway for this unit.
