At 3 Doors Down, we want you to feel at home from the moment you arrive. That's why you'll find more than a clean, comfortable place to stay—we provide thoughtful extras, from coffee and everyday necessities to simple pantry and breakfast items, so you don't have to rush straight to the market. Our cozy 3BR coastal retreat is near the Halifax River and just minutes from the beach, Speedway, Ocean Center and Daytona's biggest events. Put down your bags, settle in and enjoy!

3 Doors Down is a comfortable 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath home for up to 6 guests. One bedroom has a comfortable boho rattan style king bed with colorful beach themed bedding and a 2nd large bedroom with a queen bed also fitting the coastal theme of the home. The third bedroom is smaller but also has a queen bed and it's own 1/2 bathroom. We've thoughtfully set up the house for real vacations—not just overnight stays—with comfortable spaces to relax, a well-stocked kitchen, laundry, plenty of parking, and many of the everyday things you'd normally have at home.

We want you to spend less time worrying about what you forgot to pack and more time enjoying Daytona.

Choose a single cup or brew a full pot with our dual-function coffee maker. We provide regular, columbian, french roast and decaf coffee, tea, sugar, sweeteners and creamer along with some colorful mugs to start your morning.

Just off the main living area is a cheerful room with:

Close the doors to create a private third sleeping space or leave them open during the day to extend the main living area. It's also a nice spot to read, relax or simply have a little extra room to yourself.

Children are welcome to play with adult supervision.

***Cars, Motorcycles & Boats Welcome
The covered carport is especially convenient for motorcycles and vehicles, with additional driveway space available. Bringing a boat? There's room for that too, with the Halifax River and a public boat launch nearby.

You’ll have private access to the entire home, so you can settle in and enjoy the space as your own. Guests may use all main living areas, both bedrooms, the bonus sleeping space, full kitchen, bathrooms, laundry area, outdoor seating, and private parking areas.
Easy self check-in makes arrival simple, and the driveway/carport offers convenient space for cars, motorcycles, and even boat parking.
Whether you're here for the beach, Bike Week, pickleball at Pictona, or Daytona events, 3 Doors Down is set up to make coming and going easy.

Call or text Sue or Mark. We live only three doors down the street so we can be there in a heartbeat if you need us but we do not want to intrude on your vacation so we will make sure you have our numbers if you need them.

Our home is in a quiet, tree-lined area close to the Halifax river and several boat ramps. Beach Street and Main Street are both easily accessible. Unique shops and restaurants nearby.

If you like to commune with nature, this area is ideal for a riverside stroll. Only blocks away you can take a walk along the Halifax River. or take a ride up to Beach Street and stroll along the river in a recently renovated Esplanade and park walk with unique businesses of every kind.

At 3 Doors Down, we want guests to feel welcome, comfortable, and right at home — while also being respectful of the peaceful neighborhood we’re lucky to be part of.
A few important notes before booking:
The primary booking guest must be 25 years of age or older and present during the stay.
Because this is a quiet residential neighborhood, parties, events, and unregistered guests are not permitted.
Please be mindful of quiet hours, especially in the evening and overnight.
We’re happy to welcome well-behaved dogs! Please be sure to include pets in your reservation and help us keep the home and yard clean for future guests.
For the comfort of all guests, we ask that pets not be left unattended in the home unless crated and comfortable being alone.
Guests visiting for Bike Week and other events especially appreciate the covered carport for cars and motorcycles.
We live just three doors down, so if you need anything during your stay, we’re nearby and always happy to help.
During busy times such as Bike Week, Biketoberfest, NASCAR race weeks, Spring Break, and other major local events, we do ask guests to be especially mindful of these policies so everyone can enjoy their stay.
