Our home is perfectly situated just a short drive from Lake Tahoe, so it’s easy to spend summer days on the water and winter days on the slopes. Trailheads for hiking and biking are close by, offering beautiful vantage points of the lake and surrounding peaks. Your host, Katie, has put together a detailed guidebook with favorite local restaurants, trail suggestions, and hidden gems, so you’ll always have a great plan at your fingertips.

Access to Incline Village private beaches
There are 3 private beaches in Incline village. open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Burnt Cedar beach, our favorite, has a cafe and a beuatiful outdoor pool overlooking the lake.

We allow our guests to use these beaches using our owner's guest cards.

Fees
Adults: $17/day
Children (6-17): $9/day

If you'd like to use the beaches, please message me and I'll tell you how to access the guest cards and how to pay me for any days you use.
