-Specifically for Guests over 30 days:
A) The trash bins are your responsibility to take the the curb for weekly emptying and service every Friday
B) Lawn maintenance will take place every two weeks, it is critical animals are kept inside the home and not allowed in the front or back yard while maintenance is being performed. The lawn is also to be kept clear of obstructions which would prevent proper maintenance.
C) Package & mail delivery are expressly not allowed w/o prior approval.
D) Pet Owners: Ensure pet waste is removed from the lawn. If pet waste is left behind after check out, a $100 fee will be charged.
E) Park in the Unit A designation area - please do not block Unit B Easement access (to the left of the divider). Maximum of 3 cars allowed.
F) Not suitable for infants (under 2 years).
G) No smoking
H) No parties or events
I) Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM

Notes

The property consists of two fully separated homes, Unit A and Unit B. This listing is specific to Unit A. Unit A is an entire residential home at the front of the lot. Unit B is a guest house in the rear, fully separated with a 6 foot fence between the two properties, and separated parking, separate yard, separated everything. Any questions on the set up, please ask!!
