Are there stairs or accessibility concerns? There is a bedroom and bathroom on the first floor, however, there are three steps to access the front door.

Is there air conditioning? No AC. Portable fans are provided for warm summer days.

Winter driving? Hwy 26 can see snow from November to April. Carry chains or traction tires and check TripCheck.com before heading up. Many winter lots on the mountain require an Oregon Sno-Park permit.

Cameras or monitors? One exterior camera at the front door for guest safety. Nothing inside the home.
