Upstairs Apartment (3 Bedrooms / 2 Bathrooms)
Relax in the cozy family room with a large sofa and 50-inch TV. The dining area seats six, perfect for meals or game nights. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook and entertain.
The split master suite includes a shower-tub combo and an adjoining nursery with a crib, changing table, and nursing recliner. Two additional bedrooms share a spacious bathroom with a modern walk-in shower.

Downstairs Apartment (2 Bedrooms / 2 Bathrooms)
Unwind in the comfortable living room with a large sleeper sofa for additional guests. The dining area for six overlooks the front patio, and the second full kitchen adds convenience for larger groups.
This unit features two master suites with king beds. Bathrooms include a vintage clawfoot soaking tub and a double shower with body jets.

When you book this three-unit combination, your group will enjoy private access to each of your three individual apartments. You will also have shared access to the property's common outdoor seating and lounging areas. For your convenience, we offer an EV Charger and free 1 car on-site parking, with additional free street parking also available.

We believe in giving our guests space and privacy to enjoy their vacation. While we won't be present during your stay, we are always available via the messaging app or phone if you have any questions or need local recommendations. Our goal is to ensure you have a seamless and memorable stay.

Located in the Historic Uptown neighborhood and is steps away from bars and restaurants.
Take a 15 minute walk to the Vinoy waterfront, or rent our e-scooter for a quick 10 minute ride. The cutest General store, coffee shop and yoga studio are right on your doorstep situated at the park. Here you can enjoy fresh organic food and produce, a coffee, beer or wine. Stroll over to the Beer Boutique (which often ranks towards the top on yelp) for a cold beer and a bite to eat.
4th street with all its restaurants and bars is one block away. For all the Starbucks junkies the closest store is 3 blocks away on 4th. If you need groceries there is a Publix Supermarket close by and there is a larger convenience store one block away on 4th.

Many of our guests come for concerts at Janice Live and often walk to the venue. Guests also use our home as a base for weddings as we can accommodate larger families and groups. We are close to Sunken Gardens, the Fine Arts Museum and the Dali Museum all of which are popular local wedding venues.

We are a close to St Anthony's Hospital and our home is perfect for those attending the world famous St Anthony's Triathlon. For those who are attending events at Vinoy park or looking for the thrill of speed, we are close to the St Pete Indy Car Grand Prix. Our home is close enough to walk but far enough to be peaceful and quiet.

For those guests who want to enjoy the fine white sand of our world class beaches, we are a short 15 minute drive to the gulf beaches or a few blocks from the beach and beach volley ball venues of Vinoy Park.

Property Configuration: Please note that you are booking three of the four total units at the Banyan House. The fourth unit is a separate space and may be occupied by other guests during your stay.

Events & Gatherings: We may allow small events with prior approval. Please contact us before booking to discuss your plans, as permits and additional fees may apply. Unauthorized events are strictly prohibited.

Security: For your safety and to ensure compliance with house rules, security cameras are installed on the exterior of the property. There are no cameras inside the home.

Florida's Environment: Welcome to sunny Florida! Our tropical climate means you may encounter local wildlife like mosquitoes, bugs, and lizards, which is a natural part of the experience, especially in summer. To ensure your comfort, our property is professionally serviced monthly by a pest control company. Seeing a bug is often a sign the treatment is working effectively!
