This is a two level, open floor plan condo that is artistic and modern. Two gas fireplaces, one on each level. 1000 sq ft of living space, two bathrooms, stunning floor to ceiling windows with great views. W/D included. Custom halogen lighting throughout both levels. High speed elevator. Great place to stay if you have business downtown or Portland State.

Portland Street car is within a block away, Zip car is one block away. We provide a FREE PARKING PASS for the parking lot located across the street at 11th and Columbia. There is also a self pay parking lot behind the building, about $17-$21/day.

We do allow small pets under 20 lbs. No smoking in unit to include e-cigs. Please respect our home. Please observe QUIET time from 11:00PM to 7:00AM. We need 36 hour notice on all check in, please.
