The open concept living area is perfect for gathering. Curl up in the sitting nook with a good book, play a board game, or sip a sunset cocktail. You’ll find:

• Large sectional sofa (sleeper for 2) & additional daybed (sleeps 1)
• Big-screen TV with Roku (BYOP – Bring Your Own Password)

Kitchen

Cook up your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances, cookware, and plenty of counter space for prepping and serving.

Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1 – King bed with 100% Egyptian cotton sheets, goose down pillows, big-screen TV, ensuite bath, plush luxury towels, closet & luggage rack.

• Bedroom 2 – Queen bed with Egyptian cotton sheets, goose down pillows, big-screen TV, closet & luggage rack.

• Bedroom 3 (Bunk Room) – Two single bunk beds (4 beds total, for kids only), plus a pack ‘n play for little ones.

Outdoor Spaces

Your private patio is set up for relaxing and dining al fresco, with:
• Picnic table & swinging bench
• Outdoor rinse-off station to keep sand outside (because sandy beds are a no-go!)

Beach Access

It’s an easy stroll to the water — beach access is between barrels #87 & #88 at the end of the street. Crystal Beach stretches for 27 miles, so you’ll never run out of shoreline to explore.

Parking Note: The city requires a $10 annual beach parking permit, available at The Big Store.

We have a quiet neighborhood with beach access at the end of the street.

Many of our neighbors are full time & everybody is friendly, and we love the area.

2 pelicans is just a 7-minute walk to the beach. You can walk, rent a golf cart, run, or skip your way to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.

Restaurants are all locally owned and many are close to 2 pelicans.

You will get familiar with "The Big Store". They have everything you need; it's a must stop on every trip.

It's centrally located so you can enjoy all that Crystal Beach has to offer!
