We offer an idea location, no need to carry your beach items, you are just steps from the Boardwalk/Ocean, just a 1-minute walk (or 10 second run). Carrying all those beach items will now be a distance memory and should you need to go back for that emergency, it nice to know it is all doable.

It small (about 350 sq. ft), but ideal for a family of four or 2 couples. No need to force your family in a one-bedroom, for basically the same rental amount you will have the luxury of each having their own private bedroom. Come and enjoy our recently redone 2-bedroom beach house, tile floors throughout, new updated full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, cable TV with premium channels, Wi-Fi, 50 Inch smart flat screen TV in Living room and each bedroom has its own 30-inch TV, (just in case you wish to watch your own show). Our property has two homes on one lot. This type of configuration is quite popular in shore communities. This beach house is located in the rear and the front house is a single family home.

What I love about staying in a rear home is the extra privacy and reduce noise from the main street.

Please keep your furry friends at home and enjoy your cigarettes outside.

Please note we offer a quality rental, excessive loud parties or multiple unregistered renters will invoke early termination of lease and forfeiture of complete rental amount.

Holidays slightly higher.

Rental is based on the acceptance of our standard short-term rental agreement.

Security Deposit is held by us via a credit card.

The minimum age to book is 25. You may not book on behalf of someone else. Booking adult must stay for the duration of the reservation. Photo ID may be required at the time of booking or at check-in for age verification purposes. If the booking adult is not present at the time of check in and for the duration of the say, the occupants will be removed without refund.
