Wake up to the sight and sound of the majestic Pacific Ocean just outside your window. Your stay will be a unique experience wrapped in convenience & comfort.

Just steps away from beach access, shops, and restaurants, your private retreat offers a cozy space where the stress of the grind will fall miles behind. The view will captivate you for hours as the timeless mystery of the ocean brings you back to your true self.

Note: from Jan24 we changed to 1 x King & 1 x Queen sleeper sofa and added a portable AC unit.

Nye Retreat is a ground floor studio with a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa, a fully stocked kitchen, and a furnished patio just steps from private beach access. While sipping coffee on the back patio, keep an eye out for whales!

What's nearby: A couple minutes walk away you will find find the best seafood, nightlife, coffee, and gift shops. Nye Beach is famous for clam chowder, pizza, and a wonderful Irish Pub. If you'd prefer to venture further, check out the Historic Bayfront or head south of the Yaquina Bay Bridge and visit our world class aquarium!

No to-do list when you checkout! Just take your things and go.

Note: Community hot-tub is located on the parking lot side of the building and is open year round, the pool is seasonal normally between June-August (Memorial - Labor day).
