Not your regular airbnb. I have a cleaner who I pay well. They will clean so you don't have to. Just enjoy your vacation!! The unit is a private 1 bedroom/1bath house with a office + daybed. Located in the middle of LA this home features a large living/dining rm & full kitchen. 5 mins from The Grove. 10 to Beverly Hills. Fully stocked w everything you need to live like a local. The office has a huge kids book library & is great for families. Large backyard for hanging out in the LA sunshine.

The space
This is a private 1 bath,1 bedroom +den that can be used as a 2nd bedroom home in the middle of Los Angeles. The home features a large living room and dining room. Full kitchen with a WASHER AND DRYER IN UNIT. Centrally located. 5 mins from The Grove.

This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment located in a quiet duplex. It has a small office with a day bed that can be used as a 2nd bedroom if needed. The apartment is fully furnished. There is 1 television with a 70 inch smart tv and high speed internet. You also have use of a shared front yard with a blooming herb/vegetable garden. This is a duplex so there is another unit next door. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full sized fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher. Plates, cups and utensils are also included. We are pet friendly but if you are bringing a furry friend please let me know ahead of time so that we can discuss.

Close to the 10 freeway, and public transportation 1 block away. Close to Downtown, Hollywood and 4 miles from Beverly Hills and all LA has to offer. 30 night minimum. It is possible to extend after the first month.
