This is just a good feeling old house. It lives well. With each guest it is my hope you enjoy the house and visit. Airbnb is now + fees to my daily price. I lowed my price $15 daily to off set guest cost. Kitchen has everything. Laundry in basement. Great space on huge deck. Park your car and be a local!

The space
A cute 2 bedroom 1 bath Victorian. Has much of the original wood work and stain-glass, claw bathtub with shower curtain. New deck with patio heater Nov 2020. 3 lot fenced property, a large deck with flowers and herbs. Guests love the home as soon as they walk in the door. It wraps it's arms around everyone. Please let owner know if you plan to have additional family and or friends visit you at the property. House works best with a 4 person maximum. 1 king, 1 double and one single in basement. 1 very comfy couch with nice bedding in linen closet.

And if you have a dog please make sure the yard is cleaned up before you leave.

Anyone staying at my home can be my guest at the Glenwood Hot Springs Athletic Club during MAY THRU OCTOBER. As I put it membership on hold during the winter when I'm away a lot. As a member at the club and you will save $7 if you want to go as my guest. Just call/message your 1st and last names. I'll call the club. You will pay them $48 directly instead of the regular walk in fee of $55 at the general public admissions. Lots of perks, of course the hot springs. Nice clean locker rooms, towels, shampoo. The weight and exercise rooms, classes. Steam room an sauna.

Other things to note
There is a Carriage House on the property wher I live in the summer. And the coolest couple you'll ever meet who come each winter from Brazil.

I have a great support team. Deb is the main cleaner. But has great back up if needed. My son James lives blocks away to support if needed. I'm taking winters off to work on a property in Mexico. Message me 1st. I'm usually available. I would never allow the airbnb to be run by someone who doesn't have attention to detail. Deb is doing an amazing job. I'm very grateful for her. If you leave early please let me know so I can tell her. And if you have a dog please make sure the yard is cleaned up before you leave. Not our job. Deb is very kind and hard working.
