The studio is less than 5 minutes to downtown St Pete and 10 minutes to the white sandy beaches. It is also close to Pinellas trail and many good restaurants, breweries, parks, grocery stores, malls, hospitals, museums, marina, local shops, farmers market, boating, fishing, biking, golfing, live performances, sporting events…or event working. You can jump on the sun runner or public transport to downtown or beaches.
