Backing onto the Shipyard’s Galleon Golf Course, amid lush low country palms and pines, this is a spot to relax and play! Only a five minute walk to the beach on private direct path. Enjoy outdoor pool and hot tub directly out back deck, barbecue grills, tennis and pickle ball, and sport court with shuffleboard and basketball, children’s play area and club house with fitness area.

Our family has been visiting HHI for over 30 years! We vacationed here and rented homes and condos all over the island. We purchased a second home in Bluffton, SC (off island area) in 2012 and owned for five years prior to purchasing a quarter share (13 week’s annually) at Carolina Club in Shipyard along with three other owners. Of all the areas on the island, Shipyard Plantation is our favorite! It’s quiet, private, has lots of wildlife, close to everything but feels like you have the area to yourself. We would love to share our cottage with you; along with our list of things we love to do when on the island!

Shipyard plantation has two gated entrances making it easy getting to Coligny area, restaurants, shopping, celebration park and more so convenient using the Pope Ave gate. Use the 278 gate to get to Shelter Cove, Cross Island Parkway, Sea Pines areas and more! Two adult bikes are included for your stay! Enjoy the joy of seeing the island by bike! Our island has bike accessibility almost every area. Private path to the beach is a straight line from house to Shipyard Beach Club or drive to take advantage of the oceanfront parking at the club
