I'm a mother of two college students, an entrepreneur, owner of a small business in Florida and Colorado, and an adventure enthusiast.

I rent out this condo during the summer and winter college breaks to help me offset the cost of college expenses. When I'm not managing work and crunching numbers you can find me navigating a 14er, hiking the Grand Canyon, ripping up some dirt trails on the ATV, camping or roasting a marshmallow over a fire.
