About Kim

I am a retired graphic design teacher who started a property management company at the Lake of the Ozarks with my husband, a retired law enforcement deputy and realtor, back in 2014. We have helped many home owners around the Lake of the Ozarks successfully rent their second homes as income and enjoy meeting so many guests from all across the United States. J&K Powell Properties has a Hidden rating in home cleanliness and 100% rating in communication with guests! We are proud to say our vacation rentals stand out above the rest and are 5-stars!
