HOT DRINK MAKING FACILITIES

These are provided with our compliments and are replenished on request.

All consumable items supplied in your room are new for each guest’s stay. So to limit waste we will ask you before you arrive to let us know the items you would like from a list that we will send to you.

During your stay when you need anything replenishing just let us know.

Please use the coasters and slates provided to rest drinks - thank you.

FRESH MILK

If you requested fresh milk or non dairy milk it will be in a double walled insulated stainless steel bottle which will keep the milk cold for up to 18 hours.

To have your fresh milk and or water replenished please just leave the bottle outside your room door by 11am and please then let me know. You can call us on the room phone or text or WhatsApp or call us on 07703151172.

We will replace fresh milk at 3pm. if you would like it earlier please just let me know.

WiFi

We operate wi-fi Broadband throughout the building including the bedrooms. We have few rooters around the building, please find the strongest one for you.

TELEVISON

We ask that you consider other guests when setting the volume on your television.

Channels Available:

Freeview (20+ tv channels & radio stations) and free NOW tv for movies and on demand/catch up.

If any difficulty is experienced with your T.V. please contact reception – Please DO NOT attempt adjustment yourself.

ELECTRIC SHOWERS

Each unit has a main switch which must be switched on to obtain hot water.

The water temperature and pressure can then be varied using the left hand temperature and adjustment. If any difficulty is experienced, please call reception.

USING THE BATH OR SHOWER

We would advise all guests to use the anti slip mats provided when showering or using the bath.

REPLENISHING TOWELS

If you require towels/flannels/floor towels replenished during your stay please place them into the clean laundry bag that is in your wardrobe, tighten the cords and place outside your room door before 11am. The laundry bags and towels are washed at high temperatures after every use. I will deliver fresh towels to your room folded inside a clean laundry bag.

TOILETRIES

We have provided your room with complimentary toiletries for your use during your stay. Refillable bottles of liquid hand soap, hand and body wash, shampoo and conditioner are in your room. The bottles are cleaned and sterilised after each guest. If you require purchasing further items including disposable razors, toothbrush, mouthwash or any other personal items, please contact us and we will be pleased to assist you.
