In your room you have two radiators. We usually just use the one on the left wall as you enter the room (if you use both you may boil!) which you can adjust with the control valve on base of the radiator the left. Turning the valve CLOCKWISE turns the temperature DOWN

The second radiator is at the other side of the room under the desk/shelf.

You have a fan in the wardrobe if you need it.

When in the shower just select low/eco/high and position the control knob to your desired temperature. Press the power button to start the shower and the power button again to stop. The shower generates its own hot water.
