Summit County has been our families year-round playground for nearly 35 years. I have been renting vacation properties since 1985 when we purchased our first condo. I've had the domain Hidden registered since 1996 - wasn't that about when the internet was invented??? Over that period of time we have determined the best vacation scenario including the optimum location and accoutrements so you too can take advantage of everything Summit County offers!

After 25 years on Lake Dillon our family decided to upgrade our home and neighborhood to the brand new exclusive Summit Sky Ranch community. We are very excited to be able to share this with visitors to the area. Summit Sky Ranch embodies all of the reasons why Colorado is so popular.
