Twin Shores Carova Beach
Twin Shores is a 4 bed, 3.5 bath vacation home rental on the beautiful shores of Carova Beach. You need a 4WD vehicle to reach the house and you need to lower your tire pressure to at least 20 psi. Scroll down through this story to see more parking/driving information.
Before you get there, why not spend a day at the OBX waterpark? A day of fun for the entire family, before you go get to Twin Shores, which is very private and secluded, where the wild horses roam free.
Now that you have had fun on the mainland, it is time to cross the bridge and then head North. You need to lower your tire pressure before you get to the entrance to the beach where the pavement ends. Here is a guide for driving on the beach: Please note that Twin Shores will provide you with the beach parking permit that you will need when you are here.

Of course the ocean is great for hanging out with friends, swimming, and working on your tan! You can also enjoy some fishing from the shore.
Where else can you go to enjoy fishing? The Carova beach park is an 8 minute walk from Twin Shores. There is a public park and dock.

Where do you go to find a kayak to explore the waterways of Carova beach? Right at Twin Shores, we have a kayak waiting for you to use.
Tired of the rental houses with 2 forks and one spoon? Just kidding, but here at Twin Shores, we really have every kitchen item you could possibly need. Our guest accessible pantry closet has a slow cooker, rice cooker, large electric griddle for family breakfasts, lobster pot, large toaster oven, food processor, blender, keurig and drip coffee makers, a large assortment of pots and pans, and plenty of storage containers for your leftovers.
What else can you do at Twin Shores? Enjoy the rooftop deck, perfect to take in the views, relax, and provides the perfect place for stargazing.
And of course, the private pool and hot tub are there for you to enjoy!
