About Jose

My wife Jennifer and I have been in the short term rental business since 2000, hosting guests in Maryland, NJ, PA and NYC. We will try to accommodate any reasonable request, call or text me to get more details on our properties. You will deal directly with me, the owner. I grew up in the Northern NJ area, got my undergrad and graduate degrees in Maryland and currently live in the NY area, just north of NYC. Jennifer is a licensed Architect and she makes all the decorating decisions for our homes. We love traveling and discovering new things. We apply what we find useful to our rentals so everyone can enjoy. I love Soccer and volunteer as a Coach and to help our non-profit soccer club.
