We have a a lot of counter space as well as a full size washer and dryer off the kitchen. We have dish soap to wash the dishes, pod for the dishwasher and pods for the laundry if you need to do laundry while you are on vacation.

Now look at this big walk in closet that has hanger to hang your clothes, Iron Board with Iron and storage to put your clothes while you are here visiting us. As you can see the rooms are big and spacious and has all the amenities of home.
Here are some extra blankets for your lounge around and beach towels for you to use while you are here. Nothing but the best for your vacation. That is what we strive for and want to hear from our guest.
King size bed with a chair to sit and watch tv, put on your shoes or just relax to catch your breath . It has a new ceiling fan in the bedroom with UBS charging station for your phones at night.
See you can watch Tv from the bedroom with this smart Tv that is 55 inches. The mattress are new and they are very comfortable. You have a dresser to put your belongs and you can enjoy the spacious bedroom.
Look at that there is a sliding glass doors leading to the balcony if you decide you want to sit outside and listen to the waves roll in. I tell you life is good at the beach. Lots to do and enjoy all that New Smyrna Beach as to offer.
Look at the double sink granite counter top. Lots of storage in the bathroom where you will find a hair dryer, soap to wash your hands and a medicine cabinets. The lighting in the bathroom is excellent.
Here is the walk in shower and you toilet. We will supply the toilet paper while you are there. If you need the handicap rails put on the toilet let us know as we are here to make sure you have the best vacation. If not they won't be there.
Walk in shower with great water pressure. Good lighting in the shower. We supply all the bamboo towels and wash clothes to use while you are there. We only buy the best for our vacation rentals. After all it your home away from home.
Now look at this tub. This is spa tub that you would pay extra for if you were in a hotel. You can't beat soaking in a spa tub after a long day at the beach. I know this has to be a big eye catcher for you. The jets are very powerful.
This is the second bedroom that has a Full size bed and a twin bed in it. In the closet you will find the wagon and a full size air mattress.
We have a 40' smart Tv on the wall that swing out so everyone can watch tv in the bedroom. It has a new ceiling fan and a big closet to hang your clothes with hanger in there. I am sure by now you are thing this is a good deal for a spacious condo.
Here is the twin size bed in the second bedroom with a dresser to put your clothes in and a mirror over the dresser. Look at the those Sand Dollar lamps. Aren't they beautiful? We sure wanted to make you feel like you are at the beach.
This is the hallway bathroom that has a sink, toilet and regular tub in it. You will find your bamboo towels under the sink. You can see we have soap to wash your hands and toilet paper for you to use during your visit.
Look at those Recliner chair on balcony calling your name. Can't you just see your self sitting there listening to the ocean with a cold drink in your hand. Now that what you calling living it up. Are you ready for the beach vacation you deserve?
Look at that sunshine coming in on the porch. Need some air turn on the new ceiling fan to cool it down for you. You can enjoy your breakfast or morning coffee on the porch and let the time go by and relax. What do you think time to book now?
As you can see you can do the porch from the living room or from the master bedroom. If everyone sleeping and you don't want to disturb anyone you got another way to enjoy the porch without waking up the house.

Right thru those building is the ocean. You can hear it from the balcony. You have all the comforts of home. Even two lights to turn on if it is dark outside. Life can't get any better than this can it. Okay what are you waiting on?
We are located on the 3rd floor. Here is our balcony from the parking lot looking back. All you need an more waiting on you to have a awesome beach vacation. You will not find this much space for such a great price. Okay I waiting on your call.
Yes I am a animal lover and I would not leave part of my family home while I was on vacation. You don't have to either. There is a pet fee but you will have your whole family with you while you enjoy this wonderful resort.
In the closet when you first walk in the door on the right hand side you will find beach chair, boogie board, sand toys, beach towels, and a umbrella. Now you are ready for the beach. Did I hear you say you were book your dates? Okay see you soon!
We are in Building 20 that faces the ocean. As you can see there are plenty of parking space outside the garage as well. We are allow on car in the garage. If you need more than 2 parking passes you will need to let me know at the time of booking.

Your garage door opener will be in the unit for you to use while you are there. We are allowed one parking space any place you would like to park. There no assigned spaces. If the space empty it your to park in. We have luggage carts in the garage
See the luggage carts for you to use to bring your stuff up the elevators. Now that is a upscale resort setting for you. We pride ourselves in trying to think of everything to make sure you don't have to work while you are on vacation.
Here is the one of two pools that we have at Oceanwalk. There is also gas grills for you to use, table to have a meal outside and jacuzzi hot tub outside. Enjoy all the comforts from a resort setting. Just think your that close to the pool area.
So you go down the elevator and out the door and look what you found. The hot tub and swimming pools. There lounge chairs you can enjoy a good book, take a dip in the pool or sun bath. After all you are on vacation at your beach house.
I'd Rather be at the beach is a sign I saw on the beach one day while walking. I thought yes there no place like the beach. Life at the finest with all the luxury that the condo has to offer. I am sure by now I will be talking with you soon.
Here where there another pool, fitness center, and movie theater and club house with bathroom. It is a 4 minute walk from our condo in Building 20! You also can catch the nature trail down here too. So much to do I may need to say longer!
You want to watch a movie on a big screen at the movie theater. You have to call the security guard to reserve the theater and bring your movie with you. You can pop popcorn before you go to enjoy your moving with. This is rec building 2.
Here it is a big screen, movie chairs with a sound system. Sometime they have schedule movies you will need to check the calendar in your packet or you can reserve for just your family. Wow what a excellent idea to enjoy a movie at the beach no fee
Movie Theater you can reserve at time and bring your own movies
This is the Rec 1 which has a fitness center and Sauna as well as a club house. You will see more pictures of the club house soon! There are bathroom in there that you can use while at the pool as well.
There are two fitness centers. One in each club house. If one close don't worry you go to the other one. There no fee to use the gym and your key is on the ring with your house keys. Even got a TV to enjoy while you are burning off calories.
Here are some other eqiupment that you can use while you are on vacation if you want to work out. Yes I say there no fee it is included in your rental. We ask you take care of the equipment while using it. Don't want anyone to get hurt.
Want to lift some weights in your work out. Look what waiting on you. There so much equipment to get a good work out. No reservation needed. You go when you want to go and work out for free. Yes I know you can't believe it is included but it is.
Want to do some running or biking in your work out. Here you go the finest equipment awaits your arrival and will be ready when you are you. No reservation required just if you want to work out it is a amenity for you to use while you are there.
We have a dedicated beach walk access for you to use at Ocean Walk. You come out of the garage and go right and you will see the beach access for you to get to the beach. It is a 3 minute walk to the beach. We have a wagon for you to use.
In a matter of 3 minutes you are at the beach. The no drive side of the beach so no cars to worry about. There a shower for you shower when you come off the beach. Just look at those waves to greet you. WOW is all I can say! Now you are ready!!!
Here the clubhouses. You can reserve the clubhouse for a fee. Get with me if you are interested in holding a event at the club house. They reserve it in 4 hour increments and there is a fee. If interested send me a message to discuss!
Nice comfortable couches and a TV in the clubhouse you can use during your reservation. If you wanting to hold a graduation, Wedding, a birthday party or whatever the occasion is send me a message and we will get it done.
There are table for you to use during your reservation at the clubhouse. Or you can just go and hang out for a while the kids are in the pool and you can watch them in Air Conditioning. This resort has a all in one and most things there no fee.
The clubhouse bar and where you can bring your own drinks and serve them or have it cater. There are restaurants that will cater your event too. Ask me and I will make sure your occasion goes off like clock work. This is your home away from home!

Lighthouse Point Park is located at the southern tip of Ponce Inlet. The natural beauty of the undisturbed land has been preserved for all to enjoy. Dolphins frequent the shoreline, gopher tortoises can be found in sandy areas, and other wildlife.
Here is the ocean you see from your balcony. Yes it is that close to you. See those waves rolling in. Nothing more peaceful then hearing the waves from your private balcony. I see your reservation coming thru now. You won't be disappointed.
The beginning of the nature walk and it is a 2.5 miles around the complex. If you want to enjoy all the outdoor has to offer here you go. There are benches along the way if you need to rest. This is just awesome to listen to birds outdoors.
This is where you come off the nature trail and then head back to Building 20-306 to enjoy a cold drink, hit the pool to cool down or the balcony to take a nap. There so many options you might have to stay long. We can accommodate you.
Entrance to OceanWalk and you will put in your code that is giving to you when we call you the night before with check in instruction. Then you will have a remote once you get in your condo. It will be on your key ring with a garage door opener.
Want to play some shuffleboard. You can check out the equipment in the clubhouse. You can also do tennis if you wanting to do something outside after your long day at the beach. You want it there it is waiting for you. Best Resort in New Smyrna.
Yes the tennis courts and shuffleboard is right outside your door. It is right by the pool. You can see the pool, tennis court and shuffleboard from right outside your door. Okay we will see you soon for you to enjoy all this awesome resort.

Please pick up after your pet and put it in the dumpster. *While authorized dogs are permitted, barking dogs are not allowed to go unattended in your unit. If there is a complaint that your dog is creating a nuisance, you will be required to remove the dog from this facility. *Service animals are allowed in the pool area but are not allowed in the pool. If any of these rules are broken there is no pet fee refund.
