Four Corners vacation rentals

Our family had a fabulous reunion at Villa by the Castle. With 6 adults and 4 children we needed a large space that was fully equipped. This property had it all. The owners Steve and Sandy had excellent communication from first contact to check out which was very reasuring. There was a large welcome package waiting for us at check in so we didn’t have to rush to the store for essentials. Cleaning supplies, laundry and dish detergent was added bonuses. The house itself was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable with extra linens and lots of towels for the pool. The salt water pool was warm and the hot tub was a great hit with everyone. I appreciated that there was no extra charge for the pool heat. We spent hours in it every day. Two of our kids learnt to swim during our stay. Within a short walk, was the community pool with water slides for the kids, also a huge hit. The games room in the house was used by all with air hockey being the favourite. Although the we didn’t use much of it, there was lots of equipment for babies and young children. The stroller was very handy during our days at Disney. We cooked most of our meals so the extremely well equipped kitchen was greatly appreciated. There are lots of dishes, glasses, pots, pans & cooking equipment. We even made 3 birthday cakes using the equipment on hand. The house is just a few miles from Disney and we were even provided with a shortcut to the front gate. LEGO land was only 35 minutes away and was loved by all. Walmart is really close and all other major chains are nearby as are a variety of restaurants if you want to eat out. We stayed 12 days and we still didn’t do everything we wanted to do. I highly recommend Villa by the Castle; it is a great value and is the best equipped rental home I have ever stayed in. It provided a wonderful home base for our families and we hope to return again. ChrisB and family

Patti, Ron and Chad saved me from a different Airbnb! I had stayed here once before and was able to book and get in quick when I needed it. Lightning fast responses. My stay was FANTASTIC! I always love staying here. It genuinely feels just like home and I can honestly only say that about a handful of Airbnbs out of 30+ stays over the last 2+ years. All my stays are usually pleasant but there is something about Patti’s place that puts it a cut above the rest. To start, they are always looking for ways to make their place better for EVERY guest. Your stay here MATTERS to them. I literally baked cookies with some of the other guests and we all sat around chit chatting. Usually when you are in a house with other guests it can feel like a hotel very quickly. That’s not the case here. Patti knows exactly how to foster a wonderful houseful environment. Special talent! Not to be taken for granted. Specifics about this room: The set up is unique. I love it! It’s VERY spacious. There is a shower and sink in the bathroom inside the room then there is a half bath “outside” of the room where the toilet is but it is all YOURS. There is a divider between your area and the rest of the house so long story short it is a private bedroom and private bathroom, but the set up is unique. It can definitely be an added bonus to have the toilet outside of your room. Obvious reasons. Lol There is also a PRIVATE ENTRANCE available. But you can also come through the house. Your choice whenever you feel like switching things up. The room is the closest bedroom to the house entrance. I have stayed in MANY Airbnb’s in this area, this would be my number 1 place to stay in this area. Hands down! Pick a room. Don’t wait. :)

I’ve been using Airbnb for two years, and this is the first time I’ve wanted to leave a review because this stay was truly amazing. Patti, her son Chad, and her husband were all incredibly kind, friendly, and easy to talk to. They made me feel like I was part of their family. They even made me Mickey Mouse-shaped pancakes, which was such a sweet and thoughtful surprise. The room was also very clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. Everything was well-prepared and organized, and you can really feel how much they care about their guests. I was so happy chatting with them during my stay because they were always thoughtful and genuinely caring. They made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. I highly recommend this place. You definitely won’t make a wrong choice. Patti and her family are truly warm and welcoming, and this has been the best Airbnb experience I’ve had so far.

We stayed her in late October/Early Nov 2021. This is a very nice rental. Its location was amazing for visiting Disney… 10-15 minutes depending on the park. It also felt extremely private since it backs up to a wetland and has landscaping on both sides. In the days leading up to our rental, Meredith checked in with us to answer questions, establish expectations (which I always appreciate), and offer tips. She even talked me through the process for adding pool heat including answering all my crazy questions. When we arrived, the house was cool, extremely clean, well appointed, and user-friendly. Anything that needed instructions had them. I was also very impressed at how many little things they’d thought to leave for guest use (like Mickey ponchos, extra hangers, soap, shampoo and conditioner, plenty of bath and pool towels, coffee maker with filters, and laundry detergent). My kids were very excited about the fully decked out theme rooms and game room. They really did go all out. My husband and I appreciated the memory foam mattress in the master bedroom. We’ve rented in a variety of places and frequently struggle to find beds that are actually comfortable (at many different price points). This bed was really nice —Thank you for caring that this matters to people :) We had the pool heated and had no trouble swimming. I’m sure it helped that the daytime temps were in the 80s. I really can’t think of any improvements I’d recommend. In fact, I’d refer my friends in a heartbeat and would stay again myself. It was so nice to come back to a place that was so relaxing and worry free. Thanks for a fun week!

To say Steve and Sandy "hit it out of the park" for our vacation celebration would be an understatement. Our group of 13 enjoyed a perfect stay. The house and all amenities were exactly as described. The kids enjoyed daily swimming lessons in the pool while others relaxed in the hot tub. The game room was a big hit, as was the giant theater room upstairs. The entire space is wonderfully soundproofed so people could easily sleep in bedrooms while activities continued elsewhere. The house was sparkling clean when we arrived. We were provided tons of info on all amenities and everything was very well marked. Tons of cups/plates and every kitchen item you could ask for was right there. The location in the community is very nice. We strolled miles within the grounds every day and the club/poolhouse is just a few minutes up the road. Supermarket is a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk. We had no occupants or renters around us on the street so it truly felt like our own special space. Our friends who visited all commented how much they liked it and thought it was one of the most beautiful rental homes they had seen. As already noted, Steve and Sandy were the consummate hosts. They responded to all questions within minutes, and quickly added all our visitors to the guest list. They were as flexible as flexible could be and went out of their way to be sure that we were all having a great time. If it were possible we would add a 6th star for them alone! We heartily recommend this home to anyone looking for a special getaway and for groups looking for a high-quality getaway with all the great touches. You'll thank yourself once you arrive!

Just spent 2 fabulous weeks at Mickeys Getaway, the most awesome home of Charles and Jo Augner. Their beautiful home, a seven bedroom villa, is situated in the exquisite gated community of Formosa Gardens and perfectly placed just 10 to 25 minutes away from all the Disney Parks and Universal Studios. Spacious, pristine, immaculately decorated and fully equipped every room and area throughout their home was perfect. Special mentions from adult and children family members were the beautiful bedrooms and ensuites with comfortable beds and linens, deep baths and large showers, brilliant kitchen-lounge-nook area with every appliance you would ever need, a cinema room to die for, the children even put on a theatre night in it (with entry fee, compare warm up act, food and drink menu and intermission with refills) – a great night was had by all. The kids also loved the pin ball machine and ice hockey table, great entertainment for all the family. The large pool deck incorporating a huge pool, hot tub, external summer kitchen area with large BBQ, fridges and ice storage, dining and casual seating areas was a massive hit with everyone – it was used by everyone every day at the villa. Our deepest thanks go to Charles and Jo who genuinely demonstrated a desire and commitment in ensuring we were looked after during our stay and nothing was too much trouble for them. This is clearly down to their ethos of family business, family home and their desire to provide excellent customer services, even down to putting Christmas trees in the main lounges before our arrival. We have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Mickeys Getaway to anyone who is thinking of holidaying in the Disney area. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your wonderful home

I book this 7 bed property 10 months in advance for a 2 week stay in May 2024 for 4 of us myself. wife and 2 chikdren.From the initial booking charles and Joanne were very interactive and welcoming. I did have a call with Chalres prior to placing down my deposit who explained the process. I found the whole experience very simple and closer the time there was further details provided in terms of online video to introduce the house and the surrounding area with recommendations for breakfast and dinner. The property which is located within a gated communicated is very easily located and accessible and within 2 miles to covienence stores Target and coffee and food outlets. A further bonus is the location form most of the Disney parks which are no more than 15 to 20 minutes by car. The house is absolutely amazing and very much 5 star from the comfortable beds to the showers to the beautiful kitchen fully kited out with every type of utensil you can think of and seating areas with huge TV screens. It is very spacious over 2 levels and has a beautiful swimming pool and spa area to chill out each morning for breakfast and to have lots of fun with the kids in the pool each afternoon. Since we arrived in May we didn't heat the pool so the temp was perfect for laying about. It also has s jacuzzi which is a lovely touch. We did meet charles on a few occasions during our stay who called over to check everything was OK. He is based in California but pops over every month. He was very friendly and accommodating with his time. He has a number of properties on site so there is always someone about if you run into any issues. His team service the pools each week and are very nice. They also manage the gardens areas. I would highly recommend booking your stay with the Aunger Team wether it's to base yourself for the Disney experience or just to spend some time travelling with Family and friends enjoying Orlando.

After staying at several rental homes in the Orlando area, let me say that this is our all-time FAVORITE property. From the moment we pulled up into the massive, curved driveway, we knew we had found the perfect place for our multi-family, week-long stay. The kitchen was amazing and had everything we needed to cook several meals. The outdoor BBQ was perfect for our first night to grill burgers as we were all settling in for the big RunDisney Marathon Race Week. After 4 straight mornings of 2:30 a.m. wakeup calls for each of the races, it was heavenly to come home to a spacious, comfortable space where we could all relax separately or together. The Home Theater was a hit with everyone - we enjoyed streaming on our favorite platforms with a few movie nights sprinkled in. The bedrooms were well appointed and very comfortable for our crew (which ranged in age from 5 - 82). The pool and hot tub got quite a workout as you can imagine with runners as guests. And the workspaces in both the common area and one of the master bedrooms was perfect for a couple in our group who had to work a few days. The location in Formosa Gardens Estates was perfect for any Disney vacation as we drove to the races each morning with no more than 15 minutes commute. Also, the neighborhood is very close to every amenity you could want from grocery stores to restaurants to nail salons (yes, we had our nails done while we were there). Charles and Jo (aka the hosts) were so easy to work with - both before and during our stay. If we had a question, we did not have to wait! Response time was amazing (and the best of any hosts we ever experienced). Run, don't walk to book this amazing property!!! We can't wait to stay in this house again (or one of the several other beautiful Aunger Vacation Homes).
