La villa con la sua ampia piscina e spa si trova su un ampio terreno nei tranquilli dintorni del nuovo prestigioso sviluppo di Watersong Resort, Davenport, Florida.

Questa comunità recintata, completamente paesaggistica con una ricca vegetazione verde, offre un rifugio rilassante dopo il trambusto dei parchi tematici e delle attrazioni emozionanti di Orlando, che tra l'altro si trovano a solo 15 minuti di distanza.

In grado di ospitare fino a 8 persone in un comfort superbo (senza divani letto da preparare), questa villa di lusso è dotata di tutti i comfort moderni e completamente climatizzata. La casa stessa è stata arredata secondo i più alti standard e in stile europeo. Grandi divani morbidi e enormi letti king size, oltre a una cucina estremamente ben attrezzata che include tutte le strutture che ci si aspetterebbe di trovare a casa. TV LCD full HD, Hi-Fi, PC e console di gioco, così come WiFi internet ad alta velocità sono disponibili per te e il tuo gruppo.

Il clubhouse ha una sala Internet con 4 PC e una stampante. È molto utile per cercare escursioni o per controllare le email. Lo usiamo per trovare ottimi posti dove mangiare. Se preferisci, porta il tuo laptop abilitato al wireless e siediti vicino alla piscina mentre navighi in rete! L'uso del computer e della connessione internet wireless è GRATUITO.

We are Rosa & Boudewijn. During our trips to Florida we were surprised about the luxury and class of the villas there. We decided to built. such a luxury villa. Important for this choice is which Resort and Location. The choice fell on the 5 star Watersong Resort in Davenport near Orlando. In consultation with an interior designer we imported furniture and decorations from the Netherlands. We enjoy every minute there and are sure you will too!
