Durham vacation rentals

My family of 5, including some small children, stayed at Kamp Koral for a weekend to visit family we have in the area. The property was very well-maintained, the location was perfect for us, and was overall a great experience.

I had an excellent stay at this beautiful home while recovering from surgery, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place to heal. The space was clean, quiet, and thoughtfully set up for longer stays, which made day-to-day living easy and comfortable. The peaceful atmosphere allowed me to truly rest and focus on recovery. The home had everything I needed, from a very comfortable bed to a well-equipped kitchen, and the host was kind, responsive, and went out of her way to provide, bring by, and even order a back rest pillow for us. Staying here gave me a sense of stability and calm during a time when that mattered most. I’m very grateful for such a supportive and comfortable, well decorated, and well supplied place and would highly recommend it to anyone needing a longer stay, especially during recovery.

The treehouse was incredible & a beautiful haven for a family birthday celebration in the snow. Joe made sure we had wood for the fireplace & more salt/sand if needed. The house was perfect for games & cooking with a fully equipped beautiful kitchen. The views were picturesque as the snow fell. It was extra cozy & the beds were just right! In addition, Joe was generously accommodating by letting us take our time checking out. Our family event was made even more memorable because of this magical location & abundant hospitality! We will definitely come again!!

I loved staying at The Dancing Daisy. It was clean, quiet and had all of the extras to make your stay comfortable. We were able to go out the front door and take long walks on the sidewalks around the neighborhood. Very pretty and safe area. Easy drives to all of the places we wanted to visit. Duke University and the beautiful Botanical Gardens there. The Lucky Strike Factory Restaurants were fun to visit. Grocery store was close. There is absolutely not one thing to complain about on this trip! It was perfect!

The place was clean and cozy with amenities as described. Though there is additional documents and paperwork to complete than usual, the host was professional and responsive. I was there under strenuous circumstances and did not spend a lot of time at the property, except to sleep. The time spent was cozy, quiet and we felt safe during our stay.

This house was much nicer than the houses surrounding it, but I never once felt uncomfortable or was bothered by anyone. It has a private driveway and the inside is stunning and looks exactly like the pictures with a nice backyard. Very clean, modern, and roomy. The location was very quiet and close to Durham. Krishanthi was very nice and reached out multiple times to me to check in.

Ragini and her husband were incredibly kind and accommodating, even welcoming me after delays on Airbnb’s side, something I deeply appreciated. Communication was responsive across time zones, and the property itself is peaceful and beautiful. Scott, who helped manage the space while the hosts were away, was also kind and attentive. The space is more of a retreat-style setup than a full home or long-term stay. There’s no dining area or full kitchen, but there is a coffee bar with some prep space, a Nespresso machine, microwave, and mini fridge (without a freezer), so meals need to stay simple. The space was very clean, the bed was super comfortable, and the bidet was a lovely surprise! Overall, I felt safe and cared for, which mattered most. The setup was perfect for rest and short stays, though it might be harder to manage for longer visits. I really enjoyed myself! If you’re a nature lover who values peace and wants a quiet spot within reach of the city, this is the place.
