Spacious 1 bedroom apartment COMPLETELY JUST RENOVATED. We offer all the amenities needed (high speed internet included) for an amazing vacation. Living room is very spacious and includes one sofa bed and a large TV screen .The bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom has a renovated shower . Enjoy our location which is walking distance from the beach (3 minutes away) and the best restaurants and grocery stores and supermarket in South Beach

The space
Great 1 bedroom apartment 1 bathroom in the heart of South Beach. Two blocks from the beach. Beach chairs available for our guests.

Guest access
In the building you will have access to a laundry room on the floor. The laundry room has washer and dryer. You can get a rechargeable card from the machine situated in the mail box on the ground floor.
